There are two types of heat,
1) sensible heat
2) latent heat
1) sensible heat:
It is the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of a substance without changing its state.
2) latent heat:
It is the amount of heat required to change the state of body without changing its temperature.
#) latent heat:
There are two types of latent heat,
1) latent heat of fusion:
2) latent heat of vaporization:
1) latent heat of fusion:
It is the amount of heat required to change a certain mass of solid substance into liquid state without changing its temperature.
2) latent heat of vaporization:
It is the amount of heat required to change liquid state into vapour state without changing its temperature.
